TVNZ Reference for SenSalsa Team Building events:

SenSalsa was approached to provide a night of entertainment with the TVNZ Sales team. The team were not told of the activity due to the imagined reluctance of some members not to participate due to a) having to dance b) having to dance publicly and c) knowing they couldn’t dance.

What transpired without question was an unbelievable night of entertainment, as reported back by the team, but more importantly a breaking down of barriers among the team.

Additional dancers were brought in by Andrew and Danika, to take four teams of about 10-15 people per team, to learn a routine and then to perform in front of their colleagues.

The result was hilarious, with everyone being equal and a fantastic team opportunity from a business perspective as well as socially.

Andrew and Danika were brilliant in demonstrating dancing at its best, and were magnificent in putting the night together, one that will not be forgotten particularly with the film and photos that were taken.

I can’t recommend the opportunity highly enough or Andrew and Danika.
